ROM plans to establish a Vendor of Record (“VOR List”) with Qualified Vendors in two categories:

1) Land-based group trips – up to three (3) Qualified Vendors
2) Water-based group trips – one (1) Qualified Vendor

The pre-qualification process is intended to identify prospective Qualified Vendors for the purpose of bidding on future requirements for ROM.
