Description

Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this Request for Standing Offers (“RFSO”) to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”) with qualified brokerage specialists (the “Qualified Respondent”) for the provision of services described in Appendix “A” of Schedule 3 Draft Standing Offer Agreement (“Scope of Services”). The intent of the RFSO is to create a roster of qualified respondents that IO can source to provide a variety of brokerage services such as Disposition and Acquisition services, Due Diligence, Negotiations and closing of transactions.
