SRM202401 - Indigenous and Women-Owned Business Declaration and Disclosure Request

The purpose of this RFI is to identify Indigenous and Women Owned businesses and obtain consent to publicly share contact information as described in Appendix A – Information Requested (“Information”). SaskPower has issued this RFI to obtain information and permission to disclose such information. SaskPower is under no obligation to review any submission or to discuss the Information submitted or negotiate any purchase contract based on the Information submitted with anyone. SaskPower is seeking consent to disclose proponent information that is shared with SaskPower. No other contractual relationship will arise between SaskPower and a proponent upon the proponent’s submission of any Information.
