Description

The Société québécoise des infrastructures invites specialized companies in the field of electronic data room solution to let them know about their products and services.
This RFI will provide opportunities for companies interested to present the characteristics of their products and services that they can offer to meet, in whole or in part, the needs of the Société. It will also allow the Société to know the state of the current market relating to these solutions and, if deemed necessary, to review and adjust its needs.
This RFI is not a tender notice or invitation to tender. This approach is intended only to gather information on electronic data room solutions.
No contract will be concluded following this RFI. However, following the results of this process, a tender notice may be made in order to select the company that will present the best bid meeting the requirements to be developed according to the needs of the Société.
Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite to conclude a contract or for being authorized to tender in the context of a possible tender notice.
