NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A QUALIFICATION CALL
The Société québécoise des infrastructures, the government of Quebec’s infrastructure arm, responsable for the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital construction, plans to launch, at the beginning of August 2020, a call for qualifications for an estimated 10 weeks duration for the selection of three candidates who will then be invited to participate in a call for proposals in order to retain the contractor for the design, construction and financing of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Project.
The Project will provide the territory of the Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges with a hospital. The hospital will have 404 beds and an estimated footprint of 128 950 square meters. The business case of the Project was authorised on 14 March 2018 by the Council of Ministers. The construction, design and financing (“CCF”) method of delivery has been selected for this project, which represents a major and strategic investment for the Government of Québec.
The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to make public all of the Project information provided to market survey participants upstream of the procurement process.
The Société québécoise des infrastructures will not be held responsible for any fees or expenses in the event that this call for qualifications is not issued.
