Bidders to obtain Electronic Bid Documents only through the Consultant. Bidders who have not obtained the Electronic Bid Documents through the Consultant may have its Bid disqualified by the Owner at its Sole discretion.

The Bid Documents will be issued by email transmission in response to the request for Bid Documents.
The Bid Documents are made available only for the purpose of submitting Bids for the Project. Availability and/or use of the Bid Documents do not confer a licence or grant for any other purpose.
