Bid Call Deadline: Revocable, General Contractor Bids for St. Joseph’s Care Group – Re-Roofing – SJCG Health Centre signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of the Consultant C/O Allan Wolotko, Project Manager, KGS Group, 1001 William Street, Suite 301A, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6M1, no later than 2:00:00pm (EDT), Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
This Bid Call is open only to Ontario and or Canadian Suppliers as defined under the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022, S.O. 2022, c. 2, Sched. 2 (the “Act”). Bids will only be accepted from Ontario and or Canadian Suppliers as defined under the Act. Bidders.
 
To obtain the Bid Document email a request to the Consultant at the email address below under subject line "Request for Bid Documents " File No. 22-1383-003 St. Joseph’s Care Group – Re-Roofing – SJCG Health Centre".  The Bid Documents will be issued by email transmission in response to the request for Bid Documents.

General Contractors are required to attend a mandatory bidders briefing at the Project site on Thursday, August 01, 2024, at 10:30am (EDT). Meet at 710 Victoria Ave E., Thunder Bay, Ontario. Meet outside at main entrance, north side of building.

1. 1. 1. 1. Representatives of Owner and Consultant will be in attendance.
         2. Failure to sign in and attend site will disqualify Tenderer from consideration.
         3. Information relevant to Bid Documents will be recorded in Addendum and issued via email to all Bidders that attended the mandatory site visit.
