The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives and options from each Proponent to provide SaskPower with the “arc-rated” safety apparel as generally described in Appendix A -Requirements and Specifications (the “ Goods”). On a demand basis, the Successful Proponent(s) will manage the delivery of pre-approved garments to any SaskPower resource upon request and following an approval governance process.

An optional Information Session will be held via conference call on February 8, 2018.

Prospective Proponents are invited to attend an optional Information Session for this SaskPower opportunity. The purpose of the Information Session is to provide the Proponents with an overview of the proposal submission requirements and to answer general questions about this opportunity.

Due to the limited capacity of the conference line, interested parties are encouraged to contact SaskPower Procurement Department and advise of their attendance for the Information Session. Information required will be company name and number of personnel attending.

To pre-register, please forward the required information to Procurement Department by email at procurementinquiries@saskpower.com no later than February 6, 2018. Further meeting details will be provided to registered Proponents by email prior to the session upon confirmation.
