SaskPower has awarded various contracts for the design, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning of various components which includes turbines, generators, transformers, headgates, trashracks and balance of plant equipment. Some of these components will be manufactured in China, Mexico and Canada. SaskPower is looking for independent QA/QC services thru this RFP for the inspection and testing of these equipment during manufacturing, fabrication, shipment, installation and commissioning phases of these components as and when required by SaskPower.
