Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Poplar River Power Station Janitorial Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The purpose of this Contract is to provide Poplar River Power Station with Janitorial Work which includes a large area consisting of different offices and administration areas with approximately 130 full-time permanent employees (approximately 80 on dayshift, and 10 on nightshift), and approximately 20 contractors on site at all times.

This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.

This competition is available on MERX, and all amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will also be posted on MERX.

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFP and Appendix C - Agreement are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFP and Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail.
