The purpose of this RFPQ is to establish a procurement program pursuant to which SaskPower would establish a list of contractors (the “Prequalification List”) that SaskPower has determined are qualified to perform construction services as further outlined in this RFPQ (the “Work”) for SaskPower Distribution Construction (the “Prequalification Program”).

This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
