Event Note
SaskPower will conduct optional On-Site tours of the building and site with interested Proponents.On-Site tours are scheduled to be held between June 10th and June 12th for registered participants only. Interested Proponents are to register for an On-Site tour by June 8,2020, 3.00 p.m. c.s.t and the tour dates and times will be communicated by SaskPower by June 9, 2020.
Each Proponent will be allowed no more than one 45 minute tour of the building (basement thru to penthouse floors inclusive) with no more than 4 individuals at a time. For registration details see Section A.2.1. Material Disclosure of the RFP.
Interested Proponents are to register for an On-Site tour by emailing majorprocurement@saskpower.com with the following information by the Deadline to Register:
- Name of Proponent (General Contractor Company and/or Subcontractor Company*)
  
  Name of tour attendees (maximum 4 persons), their personal contact information and the name of the Company they represent
*Subcontractor Companies can register for an On-Site tour independently and submit questions in writing following the tours by the Deadline for Questions directly.
