Proposal submissions, signed by an authorized company officer, are due no later than 3:00p.m. ADT on Thursday, August 10th, 2017.
Proposals are required in two separate parts:

Services Propsal
Financial Proposal

The individual sections are to be segregated. The service proposal will be evaluated first. If it is found in order, the Financial Proposal will be reviewed. The Services Proposal shall have no direct or indirect reference to any price or financials related to the propsal. Any submissions that are found violating this clause at any stage may be disqualified.
