Description

This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Red Deer College (herein referred to as “RDC” or “Owner”) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms to perform the work required to complete Replacement of Roof (“Project”) located on the main campus at RDC. It is RDC’s intention to enter into the CCDC 2 2008 Edition Stipulated Price Contract with amendments outlined in Appendix A (“Contract”) to this ITT with only one (1) legal entity. Bidders should refer to Attachment#2 and Attachment#3: Technical Specifications and Drawings for important additional information related to this procurement.
