Description

This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Red Deer College (herein referred to as “RDC” or “Owner”) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms to perform the work required to complete Replacement of Emergency Generator (“Project”) located on the main campus at RDC. It is RDC’s intention to enter into the Construction Contract outlined in Appendix A (“Construction Contract”) of this ITT with only one (1) legal entity.

The scope of work will include the removal of the existing emergency generator and the supply, installation, commissioning and training on the use of the new emergency generator. RDC requires that the switch over and final tie in of the emergency generator be done on a weekend to prevent the disruption of RDC’s operations during normal hours of operation. The project includes all aspects of work as identified in Attachment #2: Arrow Engineering Mechanical and Electrical Drawing and Specifications.
