Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of professional photography services for affordable, high quality Graduation Portraits, and Convocation Photography for RDP. Approximately 1,500 students graduate from RDP each year in early June. Historically, about 500 students attend each of the two (2) convocation ceremonies, which are normally held on RDP’s Main Campus. Through an exclusively contracted photography company, RDP offers its graduates a full range of graduate photography options. RDP intends to provide the “studio” space, based on the ability to do so under provincial guidelines and/or restrictions in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
