Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Disability Management Services, including but not limited to short-term disability adjudication for complex cases only, independent medical evaluations, Physical and Cognitive Demands Analysis, and other services as requested. Contractor is required to have qualified staff to perform the scope of services.

The Contractor will work under the supervision of RDP’s Health, Safety & Wellness Centre. RDP expects that the Contractor will have a process that is customizable to meet RDP’s needs and will work with RDP’s Health, Safety & Wellness Centre to have:
1. A full understanding of RDP’s short term disability benefit plans.
2. A full understanding of RDP’s long term disability processes and how to navigate the process and transfer claims from short term disability to long term disability.
