Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Consultancy Service to review and evaluate RDC’s existing Emergency Response Plan and level of preparedness. The services requested under this RFP will be divided into three separate Projects. Proponents submitting a response to this RFP may submit proposals for the provision of services in Projects 1, 2 or 3; Projects 1 and 2; Projects 1 and 3; Projects 2 and 3 or the provision of services for all three (3) projects. The Consultant will be expected to work closely with key staff members representing the College to ensure that the projects meet deliverables and timelines and satisfy the expectations of staff and senior administration.
