Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Construction Management Services for Building Envelope Repairs ("Project") at RDC Four Centres building in Red Deer AB. The Construction Manager will hire and utilize the services of qualified trades/subcontractors with the required expertise to provide the Scope of Services outlined in the CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction 2010, along with supplementary conditions. RDC expects that once an Agreement is executed, mandatory weekly project meetings will be held with the selected proponent each Thursday at 14:00:00 hours MT throughout the Project.
