Description

The City of Coquitlam is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management Services for the future Northeast Community Centre (NECC) which will include the Burke Village Park & Promenade adjacent to the community centre. Since 2019, City staff have worked with consultants to complete a feasibility study, preliminary technical studies, and site investigations, needs assessment, and programming plan for the Northeast Community Centre. Architectural & Design Consultants have been chosen and the project is now in the Schematic Design Phase. The Construction Manager will join the consultant team and assist in providing Preconstruction Services throughout the design phases of the project.
