The scope of the project includes: The MDRD new development scope includes the following elements: - Relocation and expansion of the MDRD into a new building addition adjacent to the surgical department. The Surgical Department redevelopment scope includes the following elements: - Pre-operative surgical preparation area.
- Additional supply care holding.
- Surgical supplies storage.
- Increased soiled utility space.
- Physician workspace.
- Staff locker and change area expansion.
- New Building Systems upgrades to support the expansion,
