Description

The Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services (SCSS), Procurement & Resource Management, North Zone is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the development and delivery of a Job Placement Initiative servicing Newcomers in the Edmonton area.

Job Placement projects aim to help individuals locate and obtain jobs. They connect individuals who are ready and capable to work with employers needing to fill jobs. JP Services are designed to support individuals to enter and re-enter the workforce as quickly as possible and to develop the job search skills needed for effective labour market transitions now and in the future.

For clarity, this RFP is a Contract selection process and is not intended to be considered a solicitation pursuant to Alberta Government’s Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or other trade agreement obligations. This RFP serves to provide contract funding to entities that align with the goal and intent of this initiative as determined at the discretion of the Province.
