This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for – Townline Wellfield Renewal  - Wells Decommission & New Construction

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

• Conversion of one (1) active groundwater well, Townline 1 (T1A) to a monitoring well.
• Decommissioning one (1) abandoned well, Townline 1 (T1B).
• Demolition of the Townline 2 (T2) well house.
• Addition of a pitless adapter to the T2 well head and modifications to the surface seal.
• Construction of a new well house, Townline 3 (T3).
• Approximately 160 m of watermain construction and associated appurtenances.
• Approximately 200 m of storm sewer construction and associated appurtenances.
• Site grading and stormwater management.
• Various removals and site restoration activities.
