Description

Deliver training for one or more of the following three (3) Categories:

• Category 1 – Standard First Aid CPR level C and AED training
• Category 2 – Working at Heights training
• Category 3 – Joint Health and Safety Certification training

For Categories 1 and 2, Vendors will deliver training to each of the Ministry of Transportation’s regions. For Category 3 the Vendor will deliver province-wide virtual training.
Scope of Work
The Ministry of Transportation requires vendors to deliver 3 Categories of training for 5 regions across the province of Ontario over a two (2) year contract.

Vendors will submit bids for the region(s) of their choosing.
Category 1 - Standard First Aid CPR level C and AED training and Refresher training for approximately 800 Ministry of Transportation staff. Staff are located regionally throughout the province. The training is to be offered in both an in-person option and a blended (in-person and virtual) option.
Category 2 - Working at Heights training and Refresher training for approximately 450 Ministry of Transportation staff over the two (2) year contract. Staff are located regionally throughout the province. The training is to be offered in-person.

Category 3 - Joint Health and Safety Certification Part 1, Part 2 and Refresher training for approximately 100 Ministry of Transportation staff. Staff are located regionally throughout the province. The training will only be offered virtually (instructor led). The vendor will create a customized program for the Part 2 certification which must encompass all 20 hazards.
