Description

Request for Bid (RFB) for the provision of the supply and delivery of 125 HyperFire 2 Professional Covert IR Trail Cameras to support a field research study for the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Scope of Work
The Centre for Northern Forest Ecosystem Research requires 125 HyperFire 2 Professional Covert IR Trail Cameras to support a field research study that will assess short-term responses of wildlife to treatments designed to immediately reduce functional value of linear features for predators/alternate prey. This is a key research priority that was identified through Indigenous and Stakeholder workshops, and endorsed by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks as part of the Caribou Conservation Agreement’s Boreal Caribou Knowledge Plan. We will require these cameras by March 1, 2025 to prepare for deployment in the Spring/Summer of 2025.
