ROADWAY AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS:
WEL-A-MOOK-TOOK STREET, NIKIA DRIVE & WAASIS ROAD
PROJECT NO: 24-8282
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, September 30, 2024.
The Work consists generally of the supply, installation and construction of utilities and roadway renewal along Wel-A-Mook-Took Street, Nikia Drive and Waasis road and consists of:
.1 New 200 mm diameter sanitary sewer, new 100 mm and 150 mm diameter sanitary service and new precast concrete sanitary manholes;
.2 New 200 mm diameter water main, 25 mm diameter water services complete with all piping, valves, fittings, hydrant and appurtenances;
.3 New 250 mm, 300 mm and 525 mm diameter storm sewer, new 100mm diameter storm service and new precast concrete storm manholes and catch basin;
.4 Removal and disposal of existing feature;
.5 Asphalt Concrete;
.6 Granular base/subbase preparation;
.7 Curb and gutter; and
.8 Site restoration of all disturbed areas with topsoil and hydroseed.
Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Bidders must be registered on the bidders list. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to Oromocto First Nation, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Oromocto First Nation Band Hall as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.
Oromocto First Nation reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
