Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, October 17, 2024.

The Work consists generally of construction of approximately 364 lineal metres of 200 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer main complete with precast concrete structures, solid rock removal and site restoration.

Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Tender documents will be issued in electronic copy.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the District of Carleton North, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.

Tenders will be opened publicly at the District Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The District of Carleton North reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
