Bid documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.
Project includes the removal of existing roofing system on approx. 1/3 of the building, installation of new 2-ply mod. Bit. roof assembly. Remainder of building is to receive recap of existing mod. bit. Roofing system and minor repairs.
Tenders shall be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13
A site visit to examine existing conditions and drawings and specifications is strongly recommended before submitting a tender. A site visit is scheduled for 2:00 pm on September 18, 2024. Meeting location will be at the main entrance to Magee House, located at 780 Montgomery Street, UNB Fredericton Campus.
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission.
The terms and conditions of The Procurement Act and Atlantic Procurement Agreement apply.
The University is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion.
