DOCTORS HILL MILL AND PAVE

Email bids with the subject "TENDER - Arcadia: Doctors Hill Mill & Pave" will be received by Mark Buckingham (Mark.Buckingham@wsp.com) before 3:00 pm local time, Tuesday October 8, 2024. The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated in the email subject. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that their bid was received.

The proposed Work involves the milling & paving of approximately 0.6 kilometres of roadway on Doctor's Hill, ditching, culvert installation, and sanitary sewer upgrades. Work also includes resetting manhole frame and covers as required. A portion of the roadway shoulders are to be reshaped and surfaced with reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP).

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price (including HST). The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.

Bid Documents are on display at the Construction Office in Fredericton, NB.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
