This memo is intended to notify you that, on behalf of the Province of New Brunswick, Service New Brunswick (SNB) will be releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) in Bonfire for the supply of a Clinical Information System (CIS) Solution (RFP# 8025087-25).

The purpose of this RFP is to invite prospective proponents to submit their proposals for the provision of a CIS Solution including licensing, subscription (as applicable), implementation services, and ongoing maintenance and support of the CIS Solution.

The RFP is anticipated to be posted on or about Wednesday August 7th, 2024, with an anticipated closing date of October 25th, 2024. There will also be three (3) question periods (see Bonfire Portal for dates once RFP is released).

Please note the following important dates/times:

1) August 19th, 2024, at 13:30:00 Atlantic Time - Deadline for the Mandatory Submission of Appendix A (Notice of Intention to Bid and Mandatory Proponent Meeting Registration Form).
- You will be able to access this through the Bonfire Portal.

2) August 21st, 2024, at 13:30:00 Atlantic Time - Mandatory Attendance at the Mandatory Proponent Meeting
- Proponents must attend this meeting in order to submit a bid.

For information only, the Bonfire non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been disabled. Once the RFP has been released, vendors will be able to download and access all RFP documents with no obligation to commit to bid.
