Description

ICBC requires an email solution to streamline, measure and improve email communication to ICBC employees. The purpose of this RFI is to receive information from potential vendors on product functionality, usability, design, integration requirements, pricing and more.

ICBC currently has more than 6,000 employees across British Columbia. Email is used most of all forms of communication to send corporate information to employees, with at least two emails sent to all employees per week.
