Description

The M.D.’s last compensation review was completed in Year 2020, the M.D. has a competitive benefit package including general holiday pay, paid vacation time off, bank of sick days, health, dental, vision, Employee Family Assistance Program etc. The M.D. is seeking proposals from consultants to undertake a new comprehensive compensation review.
