The Consultant will produce Sustainable and Architectural Design Guidelines for Goodridge Corners East which inform the interaction, interface and relationship of built form to adjacent streets and open spaces in a manner that enhances the public realm. The Guidelines should address architectural elements such as: Building facades, including articulation and transparency Projections Siting and setbacks (in alignment with the zoning bylaw) Building materials and colors Exterior lighting Parking and access Walls and fences Any other items that have been decided through the development of the guidelines to be necessary
