REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR A TURNKEY PUBLIC TRANSIT SERVICE

The Northwest Regional Services Commission (NWRSC), wishes to obtain the services of a carrier to provide certain distribution and operation activities of public transportation services it organizes within its territory.

The project description, evaluation and selection criteria, submission and adjudication process and contractual requirements related to this RFP are detailed in the "Request for Proposal" document and its appendices, which are available in the "Attachments" section of this notice.

All inquiries regarding this RFP must be sent by email to Stéphanie Beaulieu, Transportation Coordinator at NWRSC, at s.beaulieu@csrno.ca by August 14, 2024, at 4:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time. Responses to bidder's clarifications will be provided in the form of an addendum, which will be published on August 19, 2024.

The bidder must submit their proposal in writing on a USB drive in a sealed envelope, in French, addressed to:

The deadline for receiving proposals is August 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time. The public opening of proposals will take place immediately after the RFP closing time at the NWRSC office at 36 Court Street, Edmundston.

Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered and will be returned to bidders unopened. No extensions will be granted.
