Description

The City is issuing this RFP with the goal of engaging the services of a qualified individual or firm to provide the owner with project management and coordination services for the Transit Depot Design-Build project, located in Charlottetown, PEI. The building is being designed with sustainability top-of-mind, using solar panels, battery storage and energy efficiency considerations. The building will contain 19 electric bus charging bays (initial design only requests six of the bays serviced with chargers, rest rough-in only), three bus maintenance bays, an office, a multipurpose room, kitchen and washrooms.
