Description

BC Hydro’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is an ongoing initiative consisting of several projects to modernize our ERP and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software systems. Given the complexity of the ERP Program, the engagement of a third party is required to provide Independent Risk Advisory Services, throughout the Program’s lifecycle. This additional oversight will help us identify, mitigate and manage risks and ensure that the ERP Program delivers its expected goals to BC Hydro, its shareholders, and its ratepayers. Through this RFP, BC Hydro is inviting Proposals that deliver Services as per the scope and services outlined in Attachment A – Scope of Services. BC Hydro anticipates awarding one contract to one supplier under this RFP, until the end of the ERP Program currently anticipated in March 2027.

Delivery or completion date is ~ March 30, 2027.
