Description

Lakeland College is requesting submissions from General Contractors for the demolition and refinishing of the Lakeland College Lloydminster, AB Dorm Bathroom Renovation.
Lakeland College invites General Contractors to provide submissions, in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described in this RFP, for the Construction Management as Constructor Services (including Pre-Construction services, Construction and post-Construction services, and associated construction work, and Commissioning Services) required for the Lakeland College Lloydminster, AB Dorm Bathroom Renovation.
The project generally consists of the general contracting, project costing, construction, and final site clean-up associated with the renovation of the Dorm Bathrooms.
