Description

PHO’s laboratory performs Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) with various platforms. The AMPure XP Bead-Based Reagents are a necessary component in the WGS process to ensure the final product is clean and ready to proceed to sequencing. The Beckman Coulter BioMek i7 instrument is the only platform used at PHO for WGS.
Scope of Work
Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a Statement of Capabilities that it meets all of the following requirements and must be able to provide published evidence that an equivalent and fully compatible reagent can be supplied to provide ongoing support to maintain laboratory operations of PHO’s BioMek i7 instruments as it pertains to WGS without compromising instrument operation, or voiding Beckman Coulter Life Sciences instrument warranties, or Beckman Coulter Life Sciences maintenance services.
