Description

This PQR is issued by the Province in order to establish a Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of providing Purchasers with Digitization Services. Pre-Qualified Contractors will also have the opportunity to pre-qualify specific resource roles for projects related to Digitization as set out in Section 3.3 (Resource Roles) of this PQR. SOWs issued under this PQR may be for Digitization Services generally or specific resource roles.

The Province may add or remove resource roles from the PQR at any time. Where a resource role is added to the PQR, a Pre-Qualified Contractor will be required to submit a new Proposal if the Pre-Qualified Contractor wishes to pre-qualify for the added resource role(s) and the Master Agreements of Pre-Qualified Contractors will be updated as required. Where a resource role is removed, the Master Agreements of Pre-Qualified Contractors will also be updated as required.
