2024-02 - Request for Supplier Qualifications

The Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake (Half Moon Bay, Norglenwold, Birchcliff, and Sunbreaker Cove) intends to establish a roster of pre-qualified towing companies to be utilized on an as needed or as requested basis. Respondents should submit a proposal of no more than 15 pages, not including cover, table of contents, and graphic exhibits, which responds to the evaluation criteria outlined below.
Submissions should describe in detail how services like those identified in Appendix C – Towing Roster Supplementary Requirements and Conditions are currently performed within Alberta including photographs, written policies and/or video of services provided. Any past or current business relationship may not disqualify the firm from consideration.
Submissions will be evaluated on the qualifications and experience of the organization or entity performing services within the past five (5) years that are similar in scope and demonstrate competence to perform these services. It is essential that the respondent provide adequate experienced personnel, capable of, and devoted to the successful accomplishment of work to be performed under this contract. Finally, the respondent is asked to provide a description of equipment and any facilities utilized in the delivery of services.
