Description

The Grande Spirt Foundation (“GSF”) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for redevelopment of the to-be-vacated Pleasant View Seniors Lodge in the Town of Spirit River, AB. The building has been operated by GSF as a seniors assisted living facility for 60 years. GSF will be vacating the property in July 2024, and relocating to a newly constructed supportive living facility and apartment in the community. To support the growth of the community, GSF is seeking interested developers to redevelop the to-be-vacated property.
