Description

The consulting service must provide an in-depth feasibility study for water distribution in the Tri-village
area and must include projected costs of a water distribution system, funding options, governance and
operating structure model options, stakeholder and public consultation as well as the consolidation of
feedback. The project must also include related co-operation protocols, and the development of
agreements and bylaws and the possible establishment of a commission and or the establishment of
revenue sharing and cost sharing agreements.
