Description

The City of Lethbridge is looking to foster a collaborative relationship with a trusted and experienced vendor that can help implement and support the transition to a comprehensive Talent Management System.

As we are looking for a long-term contract, we open this to include future developed modules that support or enhance recruitment, workforce management, training, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, or other HR-specific tasks.

This system will be required for the City of Lethbridge and may be accessed by partners at Lethbridge Police Services and the Lethbridge Public Library. It will need to be available for use on laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
