The City of Lloydminster invites AV Contractors to provide pre-qualification submissions for the abovenamed project as outlined in the project overview and the design reference documents in accordance with the procurement requirements described in the RFPQ. Pricing will not be requested as part of this procurement phase; this is for pre-qualification only.
