Description

The City of Red Deer (The “City”) invites interested vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for Construction Equipment Hauling and Operator services.

The Construction & Maintenance Section of the City's Utilities Department focusing on water and wastewater underground construction, aggregates recycling and hydro-vac waste treatment requires a contractor to supply a Semi-Truck and Low Boy Trailer unit (Low Boy) capable of hauling equipment up to and including a Volvo EC350E tracked excavator, and Dozer weighing up to 45,000lbs on an “as and when required” basis. From this point forward, when a truck is mentioned, it implies the need for the truck, trailer and accompanying operator.
