Description

The Ministry will procure one postage meter mail machine through a lease agreement which will include associated maintenance and services as well as the vendor providing postage to the machine, via electronic upload, once the vendor has received payment for the postage from the Ministry. The agreement will be for a period of up to two years with an option for the Ministry to extend for a period of up to one year.
Scope of Work
Upon entering into a lease agreement, the vendor will deliver, install and set up the mail machine at 189 Red River Road in Thunder Bay. The equipment shall meet the requirements set out in the eRFB. The Bidder must be authorized by Canada Post as a Lessee for the Equipment and to provide postage via electronic upload. If the Bidder is not an authorized Lessee, their Bid will be disqualified during Stage 1 of the evaluation process.
