Description

Bondable transportation services providers (“Carriers”) with the necessary resources and experience are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this request for proposal (“RFP”) for Student Transportation-Busing (the “Services”). This RFP is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RFP for acceptability and suitability, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement for Carrier Services (the “Agreement”).
ECSD consists of over 94 schools and departments within the Edmonton area, with an enrollment of approximately 47,000 students. The goal of this RFP is to select approved Carrier(s) for student busing and to enter into a five (5) year contract for Services with such Carrier(s). Pricing for the first three (3) years of the Agreement for Services will be determined based on proposals submitted in response to this RFP.
