Description

1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a supplier capable of the supply, delivery and Installation of custom signage around various City locations and facilities on an as required basis. When required, The City will approach the Supplier with project specification in order to obtain quotes for each project as well as materials when requested.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.”
4. It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) years, for a total of six (6) years.
