Description

1. This RFP is open to pre-qualified firms only. Proponents are invited who have been pre-qualified based on specific information previously submitted through The City’s Prequalification. Proposals will only be considered from proponents that have achieved a pre-qualified status in the following Category(s): C7200000 Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants and
C7200001 Water Pump Stations and Reservoirs

2.Upgrades to the RAW 2 Pump Station at the Bearspaw Water Treatment Plant.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Final Scheduled Operational date 2026-04-15.
