This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to invite Proponent(s) to submit Proposals for the supply, delivery and implementation of sterile single-use surgical and exam gloves and liners (“the Products”) and associated/related services including but not limited to implementation of the Products
